Freight forwarding
Delivery is carried out by a forwarding agent. Roads that can be used by lorries are essential for delivery. Please note that the goods are only delivered free kerbside (delivery to the first door at ground level). This also applies to returns. You will receive a dispatch email from Schenker before delivery. For this reason, it is necessary for you to provide an e-mail address. As a rule, the shipping company delivers on weekdays between 08.00 and 16.00 hours. Delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not possible.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
